At my local hardware store plumbing section I found three O-ring belts that work a treat for the HW-101. The SB-101 size should be the same.
Ace Hardware has them, made by Danco. Size: 2-3/16 x 2 x 3/32-inches.
Called "#73 O-Ring. Stock # 35720B"
Cost: 49-cents a pop.

If you're missing a belt, remember: the SB-100 used lace and a spring
to keep the tension. If you don't have the lace, I'll bet the dental
floss will work in its place.

Oh somewhere in this favored land the sun is
shining bright. The band is playing somewhere,
and somewhere hearts are light. And somewhere men
are laughing, and somewhere children shout - but
there is no joy in Mudville - Mighty Casey has
"struck out"
