[GreenKeys] [ARC5] Source for #2-64 cheesehead screws?

If it's a ex-mil item, it may well be a custom screw. The .mil makes all
kinds of odd demands of contract manufacturers..

So.. if some "standard-issue toolkit" has a small flat-blade driver that's
too large for the standard screw head, they might specify the mfr. add a
larger head to the existing pattern to work with their tools.
