Eric,
Thanks for the info on RibbonsUnlimited. But when I put "Teletype" in
the "Keyword" search, I get four different "Teletype Black Printer
Ribbons" ranging in price from $4.95 to 11.95 with no description about
what is different between them. From the pictures, #1930TEL looks like
it would work on M14, 15, 28. Is this the model you ordered?
At the AWA Museum, we have been using an Okidata ribbon from Nextimage:
http://www.neximaging.com/Product/5877/Compatible-Okidata-52100701-Printer-Ribbons-6PK.html.
They are only $2.49 each in a six-pack. If you are only buying one
ribbon, the RU ribbon would be cheaper, but since we have a lot of
machines, I buy the six-pack and it comes out to only $3.83 each,
including shipping. Don't remember if these include the eyelets in the
end. but if not, you can always just tie a knot in each end.
73 & Have fun,
Duncan
