In a word, no. Using WA6FWI/M signifies mobile operation, and /MM
would be maritime mobile.
Generally, "/anything" after a call sign is a modification to the call sign.
More examples:
WA6FWI/R as a repeater ID.
WA6FWI/5 "I'm in the 5 call sign area"
WA6FWI/DL7 "I'm in Germany"
And so forth.
The general convention is that any specific qualifiers, ie, DX, QRP,
QCWA, Contest, Field Day etc, are placed between CQ and DE.
A better, and more obvious choice would then be, for example:
CQ CQ CQ MECHANICAL TTY DE WA6FWI
