[GreenKeys] Frederick Electronics code converter

At one time I had, and my still have about 1/2 inch of papers from
Frederick, it came from
the Gathersburg MD Ham swap meet in the 70's. Fingers crossed it was not in
the shop/building
that burned down in the late 80's.
