[GreenKeys] OT: Our neighbors home burned out this Xmas eve..

Bless you, Gil.. you've got a lot of heart.

To make this all worse, Jeff was slapped with a very dire cancer diagnosis
around two months ago - and he's deep into the chemo regimen. So the man is
in no shape whatsoever to cope with such a loss of the comforts of home!!

Fortunately enough, between their family and all of the local friends &
neighbors, they will be taken care of.  No one ends up on the streets,
thank heavens.
