[GreenKeys] ID Unknown TU

I'm not certain when AN/SGC-1 first entered service but AN/SGC-1A came out 
in 1951.  It was used on VHF and UHF short range RATT circuits up through 
about 1970.  As Nick wrote, it wasn't used on HF circuits.
