     In "Baudotrss", I generate output so that it doesn't matter
if the printer has unshift on space.  The program treats shift
status after a space in FIGS mode as "unknown". The next character
where shift matters will be preceded by LTRS or FIGS.  That's
probably the way to go for programmed output.
