[GreenKeys] TTY Mod 33 broken part

I've figured out why the spacing mechanism on the TTY Model 33 I'm working on doesn't work.  See:

Without part 180571, the return lever locks out the spacing pawls, and never unlocks when the carriage reaches the left margin.  As you can see, the lobe that actually does the unlocking has broken off.  This is a part that ought to be easy to fabricate, so:

a) does someone know how long the projection should be?  A photo of the part sitting on a ruler would suffice.  Micrometers or calipers are nice, but unnecessary.

b) alternatively, has anyone got a spare? (tape the part flat to a half-sheet letter of transmittal, and it ought to post for 50 cents -- no need for bubble wrap and oversize padded envelopes for something like this.)
