GE OMs;

Well - a few months back I got an ST-6 that had been stored
for who knows how long.

Tonight, "The Monster Lives"!

Since I retired and moved out of the ranch, where I had a
good-sized radio shack with a full workbench, I now have
my radios in the hall closet and tools in the garage.

This made it a slow process in getting the ST-6 up because
instead of being able to park it on the bench and attack it,
I had to drag stuff all over the place - and put things back
that I wasn't immediately using.

Work done:

o R/R bad capacitor on power supply board.

o R/R 7 "resistive" toggle switches that cause weird/intermittent errors.

o R/R 3 709 op-amps.

o Fix a couple of solder joints.

o "Flip" toggle switch that was wired backwards (or up-side-down).

o Tune up the boards.

With the help of eBay, I was able to get all the parts for
beyond dirt-cheap! I have a few spare DPDT 250v @ 15 amp switches
and a bunch of NIB 709 op-amps. They are available for cheap.
