[GreenKeys] Lorenz motor speed controller status 4/12/2016

The project is coming along nicely.
The green PC board is the basic controller assembly.
To the left are the CMOS level converters to drive it with a pair of
signal generators for both the speed sensor input and the reference
frequency.

Today was a big day. Running the correct reference and speed sensor
frequency, the controller would transition from "too fast" to "too
slow" at the correct break points.

Now while this is currently being done specifically for the governed
motor in the Lorenz Lo-15b, it is also applicable for Teletype, Creed
and others.

Waiting now on delivery of the Epson SG8002DC programmable
oscillator for the reference frequency. That should arrive around
April 20th.
