[GreenKeys] TTY word counter

I have (foolishly) acquired a Stelma EWC-1 Electronic Word Counter.
Evidently also known as a military TT-206/U word counter.

This gadget counts every 6 Baudot characters on a 60ma loop (60, 75, or 100
wpm) and then increments a 6-digit electromechanical counter . This model
has dual counters.

If anyone has ever seen or has any more info on this gadget I'd appreciate
a contact. I found a patent with a schematic which indicates the device I
have has been modified or is missing some parts. Maybe I can trick it into
doing something - I need more gadgets going clickety-click....
