[GreenKeys] Model 19 and 15 on 20mA loop?

Not like I'm any expert here, but I do have a later M15 machine with the
holding type selector. My machine has a toggle switch - protected against
accidental operation by a screwed-on plate - which selects 20mA or 60mA for
the typing unit. It's the only toggle switch on the TU and it's clearly
marked.
Unless your machine has the switch, I'd think you're probably out of luck.
But if you have a 20mA converter on-hand, there's certainly no harm in
trying it out. Either it works or it doesn't..
