[GreenKeys] Splicing Tape

As you run the chadless splice through the TD it tends to push the chads up and make it hold together beter.

If you don't have one of the chadless splicers and want to put some tape together, run about 4 or 5 LTRS characters at the start and ends of the tapes you want to put together and run them through the TD with one layed on top of the other. I think it may work beter if it is overlayed one way or the other, but not sure.

That stapler type splicer is what I would have to find then I guess.

Did Teletype have a nylon or some kind of plastic type tape instead of paper for things like running loops? I would think the chadless splice would come apart after too many runs of the tape.
