    Try asking for Tinnerman nuts. At a real hardware store the fellow 
knew what speed nuts were but not Tinnerman nuts. At Home Depot... well 
sometimes they know plumbing parts. The test is whether someone knows 
what a Chicago faucet is (I still have four of them).
