Sorry Sheldon- no immediate help on this as the box of paper from the
New Mexico station is stored away behind much stuff. next month we may
be working in that part of the warehouse.
If you have not found a solve for this please remind us at that
time.

It is to go into the UPI display to print Flash Dallas Kennedy has
been shot messages ( I will put some fake paper in it and keep the
REAL stuff to the side. Oddly enough if I remember correctly.... the
ship date on this box was just a bit before Kennedy's death... so the
  timing is good!

We need a way to hook the tty to something that will print at the
push of a button messages that are preprogrammed thus our lobbying for that
feature in that new USB interface card currently under development.

The photo you see is from a photo of KOY teletype room from the
1940s

Oh, ok. I didn't know the wire services used fanfold. Who used rolls,
then?

help me with the exact measurements, I simply don't remember. Well, I
think it was 8.5 inches wide, maybe 18 inches for each fold and the box was
about 10 inches high?

40 year memory.

was a little bit thinner, and didn't last nearly as long as a box of
fanfold, but seems to me that the Extels might not have been able to pull the
fanfold paper through the printer.
