Jim, I found this on one of the old post on here, posted by Nick England back in '08.  This clarifies it.  .....

Summary -
AN/URA-8A (no blowers)
two CV-89/URA-8A converters plus one CM-22/URA-8A Comparator

AN/URA-8B (with blowers)
two CV-89A/URA-8A converters plus one CM-22A/URA-8A Comparator
manual NAVSHIPS 91490

Note: AN/URA-8 is a different design, manuf. by RCA with different
mechanical/electrical layout but functionally interchangeable
two CV-60/URR converters plus one CM-14/URR Comparator
