The motor controller works with a solid state relay and a Lorenz
motor running on 120 vac.
Next up installing all the bits and pieces inside the Lorenz LO-15b
and seeing if it all works together under load like it's supposed to.
As I suspected, the bias control on the photo-diode affects the duty
cycle of the sensor pickup. This in turn affects the run speed. Putting
a divide by two between the sensor output and the controller will fix
that problem and make a consistent 50% duty cycle dependent only
on the motor RPM.
