Chocolate Chip Cookies - - eaten before you get to the toll road??

Seems to me that they were intended for a specific purpose, as the 
Nestle Packages those chocolate chips came in used to have a recipe on 
them for a treat called TOLL HOUSE COOKIES!!!!

The lady was obviously trying to help you save a few sheckels.
