Today the same stuff is available at many home improvement stores.
The new classification for JK wire is CAT 3.

Just FYI, the shielded telephone wire was called SK wire. It had only  
two conductors.

That would be "JKQ"   The Bell System at one time had JKP for a pair,
JKT for a triple, and JKQ for a quad.
