[GreenKeys] TTY Loop Adapter

You can add this one to the list of "known to work" loop adapters.
This is what I'm using to connect the Lorenz Lo15c to the PC at the shop.
It needs an external +5 VDC supply for the (not on PC board) RS-232 to
TTL converter, and the 120 VDC loop supply.
ExpressPCB files available on request.
