I  am sure there is a difference between making your own and giving 
sick kids a ride 
or  actually building them a  selling  but   he  may want to be aware of 
this 

The Ninth Circuit ruled Wednesday that the Batmobile is a copyrightable  
characterowned by Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc., siding with the studio in a 
 lawsuit itfiled against a carmaker who sold replicas of Batman's iconic  
ride.
