[GreenKeys] Teletype in Portable Case

Teletype produced many model 43s in a portable case. I have seen a  
couple that were KSRs, but I have not seen an ASR in a portable case.

I would assume the hold-down screws were replaced with perhaps shoulder
screws that would allow a very limited amount of motion.  Do you know
any more about it than those two pictures?
