[GreenKeys] Fw: Creed 444

Subject: Creed 444

I  have a problem with a 444. the carriage does not step forward along the line as each character is typed . It acts as if the Car Ret has been pressed all the time . If you manually push the carriage to the right it you can hear the ratchet but as soon as you type any character it does a CR to the left .
Any ideas, this is a new fault  for me
