[GreenKeys] M15 How to disable unshift-on-space?

I have to admit to a decimal error, made when I was mentally estimating the
motor current.. I had 160mA in my head, but the actual figure (measured
last night for confirmation) is more like 1600mA (1.6A). Even so, a 6A fuse
is still inadequate protection for it and has been pointed out, fuses /
fustats in these low ratings aren't exactly hardware store items.
One solution would be to make up a simple adapter using one of those
old-fashioned socket adapters that screw into an Edison-base bulb socket
and provide an AC mains plug receptacle. A fuseholder for a modern 1-1/4"
glass fuse could be mounted on, and wired directly into the socket adapter.
Then you can use a cheap, common type of fast or slow-blow fuse in the
machine without disturbing the original hardware.
Come to think, the base of a dead CFL bulb might make an even better socket
adapter to mount the fuseholder.
