[GreenKeys] 33 paper tape punch problem

Yup, that's one more thing.  Look at the rollers that feed the tape and make sure there is no mashed up tape in them.  One roller raises with paper release, the other is below it.

To me, and my wild assed guess, I'd suggest that the tape feed mechanism 
is at fault. 
I think the way a tape punch works is after it punches the tape, it 
advances 
the tape and waits for the next punch instruction. 
The first thing I'd check is the feed roller. If it's gone hard, it may 
not have 
enough "grip" to properly position or hold in place the tape.
