[GreenKeys] CRT Question

On a VT101 I checked the capacitors with an ESR meter but only replacing the bad ones was not enough, replacing the lot fixed it.

That's my thought as well - most likely a capacitor issue.  You could try shotgunning all the caps on the board (be sure to get the right types for
each) if you can't isolate the specific one with something like an ESR meter.

Typically if I find a board that needs one or two caps refreshed, I'll often just do them all.  If one went south, others are soon to follow usually.
