[GreenKeys] Paper in Wisconsin

FWIW, the paper is located in Nelsonville, WI  54458.

For the thermal paper, he was not able to confirm how it was stored and
it looks like it has done time in an outdoor storage unit or similar so
I am going to pass on that since it would be a 3 hr drive from here.

If someone is close, could still be a good deal on the Teletype rolls.
