Mention of print shops and guillotines...

Does anybody know what is going on with Velo-Bind?  I used to get it at
Kinko's and they don't offer it any more, now that it's FedEx.  And I've
asked some other local print shops and they tell me they don't know
anybody who does Velo-Bind anymore.
