Upper case J is the BELL also on Western Union machines, with apostrophe
on upper case S. I won't go into the origin of this unless someone
asks.

Western Union seems to have had some Model 15s with low-voltage selector
coils. This we learn from the Teletypewriters for the Deaf manual.
Maybe that was to allow them to use Model 32 Telex call control units
with 15s. W.U. did things like that.
