WTH is "tempest" magnetic shielding? Being that you can't actually /shield/
magnetic fields, the concept is even more dubious.

Generally speaking, mag. fields can't be "shielded" in the standard sense.
All that can be done is to divert the field lines so they take a 'short
circuit' so to speak. If magnetic fields could truly be shielded,
free-running magnetic engines would be a trivial next step.
