Am looking for same, and found something you might be interested on
surplussalesccom:

The cable named "(WAA) 845-2X-PP" is close to what you want (24 inches,
though.) It uses some military-grade connectors (pl-55 / pb-055j)
equivalent (machined brass with screw lugs, I believe.) If you google
the NSN, it appears to be a proper 'patch' cable for signals (such as
speaker, phones, relays, etc.) It does NOT appear to be shielded.
Other cables on this page ARE shielded, so make sure you choose the
right ones.
At $8.50 per cable (5+) it appears to be a bargain. Don't know what
they charge for shipping.
