[GreenKeys] Model 33 update.

We've now got the entire paper-tape reader/keyboard adjustment done to the point that the tape reader advances only when there is tape in the reader and the reader is turned on and it's in local mode. Pressing a key on the keyboard also correctly triggers the transmit distributor. So, the questions we've advanced to involve the receive data side. Call that progress.

Meanwhile, we're making slow progress understanding the Flexowriter we just moved into the lab. Oil in the right points reduced the squeeking considerably. Both the main unit and the aux paper tape reader plug into the wall and run reasonably quietly now, and we've just found out how to oil and adjust the tension on the motorized take-up reel on the aux reader. (Need the reel itself, someday, but no rush).

The electrical side is a bit delayed because one of the pins on the connector that links the aux reader to the main unit was bent beyond being able to straighten, so we need to locate the replacement. It's 75 pin mil-specs connector shell with civilian (read, not gold plated) connector pins, but a smaller shorter pin than the ones I have on hand for spares on the Tally paper-tape reader (same style of connector shell, different number of pins).
