[GreenKeys] R-808 military receiver with built in TTY

Would it be correct to assume that the R-808 is set up for 850 Hz shift?

Robert, see the ePlace item 161828753222.  These are certainly
around but they may be beyond the skill level of most radio people.
The MRC-55/GRC-14 set up is pretty challenging stuff.
