[GreenKeys] Greenwich Channel Renamed

Software difficulties with the Greenwich (66 WPM, low tone pair) Channel 
are beyond my capabilities in resolving just what went awry.

I've spent considerable hours testing and examining the situation with 
no conclusion as to why it is screwed up, so I have decided to let the 
software be the boss.

The "GREENWICH" channel has been renamed the "OTHER" channel.

The ITTY Mailer will still work just fine. Change the server name to 
"OTHER".  The IP address remains the same,

209.180.212.65, as do the port addresses which can be either 598 or 599.
