So, being nosy, I did an image search for the ARC-21, and ended up looking
at an ARC-65.
I'm staring at it and "Ding!" I remember that one of my old Popular
Electronics magazines had an article, of sorts, on how to convert it to
something useful.
Complete with a home brew control head.
