I don't have a source for the authentic ones, but I've been using square
rubber feet that I get at stores like Home Depot and Lowe's.  Have to glue
them on to the table legs.

The original ones were made by Bassicks.  Back in the days when office
furniture had square metal legs similar to those on the Model 15.  They
were a common office supply item back then.
