[GreenKeys] 12.118 Mhz RTTY

[Ron Boltz]

Anyone know what RTTY is being transmitted on 12.118 Mhz +/-?  Very strong
signal here most of the time. I have tried many combinations of baud rates
and shifts but have not been able to read anything.
