The link is for cw and rtty.  Where it says digital is the rtty and some 
other modes.

The chart may be hard to read and the frequencies for the rtty is down the 
page under digital modes.

Digital Transmissions

Frequencies are 3.5975, 7.095, 14.095, 18.1025, 21.095, 28.095 and 147.555 
MHz.

They are sent at 6 and 9 PM EST every week day.  Not sure if you have to 
adjust for DST or not.
