[GreenKeys] Paper Tape Specs?

Hi:

On the Crypto Collectors list there's a discussion about the specifications for various punched paper tapes.
The Noreen/Rockex machine uses a 6 level tape for the key input and a 5 level tape for the plaintext.

Are there specifications that go into details on the feed hole location as well as the punched hole locations for 5, 6 & 
8 level tapes?

How about the 2-level tapes used for Morse?
