[GreenKeys] Slashed zero on Teletypes

Several years ago when I transferred my call letter plates from one car to another, the DMV clerk typed in Q rather than zero. Result: I was driving a Mercury Sable with plates registered to a VW Golf.

A couple of years ago Iowa got smart and now uses slashed zeros on all plates. Good move because O and zero were easy to confuse with the font they were using.
