[GreenKeys] Slashed zero on Teletypes

Scandinavians  used it?

If I recall from my introduction to FORTRAN in 1967, IBM used a  slashed 
O on their coding forms.

Maybe it was to be different and  awkward as every body else used slashed  
zero.
