[GreenKeys] Slashed zero on Teletypes

My 15-KSR had a slashed zero.

All 5 of my 28 type boxes have slashed zeros.

Both of my 35 type boxes have slashed zeros.

My friend had a 28-ASR that did not have a slashed zero.

(One of the 28 service manuals lists all the 28 type boxes
that were in existence at that time).
