[GreenKeys] Punched TTY tapes as Media Mail

actually in theory of the magazines contain advertising matter  they  are  
not  legal  for  media  mail  under   some  rules....  or  so I was  told  
by   some...

Several years ago, I boxed up 40 made in Israel magazines for a  colt .45.
When I put the box on the counter, the clerk said, "This box is  heavy,
what's in it?"

I said, "magazines."

Before I could  stop him, he stamped "book rate" all over the box.
