The problem was at the Domain; Mail service provider.  I thought the IP number causing the problem was related to the dynamic one assigned by my local isp, but it was not. Instead:  “ 

 

Hello Lester,

 The IP address you are sending from, 199.7.108.12, is Directnic's IP address.  Since you send using Directnic's servers, that is the IP address that needs to be listed in the SPF record.  I apologize for the confusion.  (I had thought that was my own address)

What I'd you change?  Did you correct the SPF record that Scott pointed out?  When it gets to that level it is way beyond anything over which I have control.
