[GreenKeys] TTY Fonts on Linux Box

GA OMs;

Here's a couple examples of what the Teletype font
looks like on 2 of my Linux boxes.

Both machines use the same font - but the desktop has
"font-rendering" built-in and cleans up the way the
letters appear.

The laptop gives a (as the British would say) "GOOD SHOW"!
of what a well-loved but tired ol' 15 prints like.

As I mentioned several threads back, when I loaded this
font I was ridiculing the person (in thoughts - not
on-line) and his poor ability to forge a font. As Luke
Skywalker said when he saw the millennium Falcon
"Whut a PIECE of JUNK!"

But, one day, when I was watching my program run, and
day-dreaming, I realized what a "work of art" this font
was! The guy really NAILED a 15 (at least, like the
one I cut my teeth on back in the late '60s!

I hope the 2 JPGs get thru.
Since Green-Keys doesn't send a copy to the poster,
would someone send me an e-mail letting me know if
this post has 2 viewable JPGs attached.

No, I don't mind if I get several responses. I'd rather
get LOTS telling me that it was OK than none at all.

You haven't mastered a tool until you can come
up with at least three ways to use it for which
it was never intended.
