[GreenKeys] Compact 28RO - Tucson AZ area

He got the compact 28RO and what sounds like a couple of HAL FSK converters
in a purchase of some ham equipment. The previous owner said the 28RO was
working OK and comes with 2-1/2 boxes of paper.
