[GreenKeys] Xerox used teletype model 35 but not ASCII or (the case of the missing CTL Key?)

We  got a  35 keyboard, and  print  mech    but no ELSU. 
 
it is a 35 but not ASCII -   seems to be the case of the missing  CTL Key.
 
Xerox used  teletype model 
with Possible  dew line usage?
 
does any of this key a memory!?
