You’ve probably gotten a number of replies.
I received a Model 15 with ½ of an AP nameplate.

I photographed it, made the measurement for a complete plate, and gave it to one of the companies advertising engraved plates on the Web.
The white line around the edge is important to specify.
I think it cost around $25.

Here’s the result.
They managed to use the same font that I’ve seen on other machines.

It is 9-¾” x 5”, with 4 mounting holes.
