[GreenKeys] Semi-OT: Need repair advice on mdl. J Comptometer

I'm having a minor issue on the Mdl. J Comptometer that arrived here yjis
week.. anybody out there?

One column of keys, the 5th from the RH side, refuses to lock-up under a
fault condition. I can see that the little pawl (or sprag, or catch, etc.)
that is supposed to move out and prevent the downward movement of the bar,
during a locking condition, just isn't moving-out.

Common issue? The spring which I believe should be placing the pawl in the
'lock' position is in-place, it looks just fine. But something is failing
to actuate the pawl..

Any ideas?
